Soooooo... I am home sick. I realize now by scrolling through my blog that I have been sick on and off to varying degrees for a month now. What the ... ? I went to the doctor on Monday. Sometimes I have a fever, sometimes I don't. Completely congested, sometimes have chills, headachy, laryngitis for the last week or so - ugh! Enough! I hate feeling like this! Today I am actually taking a sick day. Lucky me I've been sickest on my days off. Yippee. I'm feeling a little better today. My voice is better. Maybe this is the tailend of it.
My friend Gina is coming home to NYC from LA this weekend. YAAAAAY! I am sooo happy! Sick or not (I *better* not be sick by then!) I'm going to see her while she's here. Man I've missed her!
Gaspar is home sleeping right now. The Snoring Wonder. Wow. It's truly a miracle of science to possess the power of sound barrier-shattering snoring. It's almost impressive.
I finally have a new cell phone that is from this decade! No camera phone or anything super fancy. But I am just discovering the awesomeness of text messages. I always ridiculed people for texting insanely and never picking up the phone. But now I get it. Heh heh. Fun! It's like being able to leave someone a surprise note or something to anyone anywhere anytime. And when you have laryngitis it's particularly nice. Though I guess you could just email the person. lol.
AND on my new phone is a very exciting new ringtone I recently purchased. It's Norbert Leo Butz singing "Dancing Through Life" from Wicked! Yippee! Norbert on my phone. YES - I have been in the house too long. :o)
