http://www.justthedisc.com offers single DVDs and CDs for sale. For example, you lend your Lost Season One DVD box set to someone and when they return it, Disc 3 is scratched and won't play. Solution! If available, you can purchase just that disc from this site for a few bucks instead of shelling out another $40+ dollars to replace the whole set.
The selection can be a little weird just due to the nature of this site's business. It's one-off discs here and there. But you just might get lucky. They sell CDs too. So when someone walks off with Disc One of your Nirvana "With The Lights Out" set you just might be able to replace it.

STAY AWAY!!!!
This place sucks. I ordered 5 cds and they never showed up. My credit card was charged. They never return my emails and their phone is disconencted. I never got a refund.
